SCOUTING IN KYRGYZSTAN
KYRGYZ RESPUBLIKASYNYN SKAUT KENGESH
KYRGYZ REPUBLIC SCOUT UNION
Kyrgyzstan has 6 Scout Associations, 5 of which are members of the Kyrgyz Republic Scouting Union.
The goals of this federation are the creation of a Kyrgyz Scout Movement with a uniquely Kyrgyz character, guidelines for Scout membership and for training of leaders and application to the World Scout Bureau (WOSM).
Scouting was founded in November 1994 and is not yet a member of WOSM.
It is reported that the registered membership is 300.
