SCOUTING IN IRAQ
IRAQ BOY SCOUTS AND GIRL GUIDES COUNCIL

Scouting was officially founded in 1921. They were among the founding members of the World Bureau, now WOSM, in 1922.
Iraqi Scouts are involved in community service such as helping police with traffic control, giving first aid, cultivating cotton, planting trees and helping during natural disasters.

Program Sections:
Cubs- ages 8 to 11
Scouts- ages 12 to 16
Seniors- ages 16 to 18
Scouting is for boys only.

Scout Oath:
