SCOUTING IN GRENADA

SCOUT ASSOCIATION OF GRENADA

Scouting was officially founded in 1924. It developed and grew rapidly in the tiny Caribbean island. In 1979, Grenada was accepted and recognized as a member of the World Bureau (WOSM). In 1968, there were 1,052 registered Scouts in the association.

in The Scout Association is open to all boys of all creeds and races. The Scout program closely follows the British system.

The Scouts are involved in community development projects.

Program Sections:

Cub Scouts- 7 to 11

Scouts- 12 to 15

Rovers- 16 to 20
